Junk King is looking for motivated Driver/Navigators to join our team!

You'll help homeowners and businesses remove everything from a single couch or mattress to entire house cleanouts and large commercial projects. You'll be on the move, working with customers, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work every day.

And we'll teach you skills along the way — customer service, sales, negotiation, logistics, and truck operations.

 Starting at $18/hr — But That's Not What Most of Our Team Makes

Our current teammates are typically earning $24–$35+ per hour when tips are included.

Many of our full-time employees are able to get their 40+ hours in just 4 days, giving them 3 days off every week.

 What You'll Do

Drive the Truck

Drive our company vehicles to and from job sites. No CDL required — just a valid driver's license and good driving record. We'll train you before putting you behind the wheel.

Remove & Haul Junk

You'll physically remove and haul everything from furniture and appliances to full property cleanouts.

Take Care of Customers

You'll work directly with customers and make sure they have a great experience. Customer service is a huge part of what we do.

Collect Payment

You'll collect payment when the job is complete.

 Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous junk removal experience. We can teach you the job.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Can independently lift 75 lbs.
• Is comfortable working hard and staying active throughout the day
• Enjoys meeting and working with people
• Shows up on time and can be counted on
• Takes pride in doing a great job
• Wants to learn new skills and grow
• Has a positive attitude and works well with a team
